Keynote: Nobody Cares About Structured Content
A definite highlight on this day: Content strategy expert Carrie Hane will challenge our perspective on structured content implementation.
Drawing from her 20+ years of experience and co-authorship of "Designing Connected Content," Carrie will demonstrate why focusing solely on technology isn't enough to arrive at the “promised land” of content flexibility and scalability. Structured content can never be a solution in itself. Rather, combining semantic content modeling, content-driven design, and skilled engineering creates sustainable systems that deliver real value.
Her keynote will bridge the gap between technological capabilities and business needs, showing how to build solutions that stand the test of time and truly serve organizations and their audiences.

Sulu 3.0 is steadily progressing towards completion. For this talk, Thomas is joined by Alexander Schranz to give you an overview of Sulu 3.0. They will share plenty of technical insights and run live demos of Sulu 3.0’s capabilities.
16:30 - 17:15: Introduction to Sulu AI
Speaking of capabilities, Sulu is on the way to turning from a tool into an assistant. Thomas and Johannes Wachter present the new Sulu AI services that will change the way you manage content.
17:15 - 18:15: Community "Brain Snacks"
Now it’s the community’s (your?) turn: Quick, insightful talks in lightning-talk format to share challenges, ideas, and innovation from all around the Sulu ecosystem.
