Sulu Releases 2.5.28 / 2.6.12 and 3.0.0-beta1

Last month, we focused on Sulu 3.0. We are excited to present the first beta of Sulu 3.0. Additionally, we released Sulu 2.5.28 and 2.6.12.

Sulu 3.0 Beta Milestone Reached

We worked on a comprehensive code cleanup for the upcoming 3.0 version. A new version, Sulu 3.0.0-beta1, has been tagged. This version focuses on the removal of all classes, services, dependencies, and bundles related to PHPCR, Jackalope, Structure, and the Document Manager service.

This milestone is significant as it establishes the new content storage as the sole option in Sulu 3.0. The new storage also has reference implementations integrated.

Crowdin for 3.0 and 2.6 Fixed

We implemented an important fix for the community translation platform Crowdin, ensuring compatibility with versions 2.6 and 3.0. If you want to help translate Sulu into other languages, check out https://sulu.crowdin.com/

What's Next?

We are working on integrating the latest Sulu features into the new content storage. This includes cache-based HTTP caching, audience targeting, segments, and trash functionality.

How to Upgrade
