Sulu’s going to SymfonyCon. Join us!

It's that time of year again! The annual, international, and largest Symfony conference, SymfonyCon 2023 is happening from 5 - 9 December in Brussels. Developers, companies, and open source projects will come together to exchange ideas, listen to innovative talks, and learn new things in engaging workshops — all topped off with a hackday!

Participating in the give-and-take of open source communities, like Symfony’s, is one of Sulu’s core values and great joys. Oliver Kossin, Alexander Schranz, and Myself are looking forward to experiencing all SymfonyCon has to offer — and we’ll be giving something back as well!

Sulu CMS Workshop at SymfonyCon 2023

Oliver Kossin, active Sulu contributor, Symfony developer at QOSSMIC, and one of the Cologne Symfony user group organizers, will be conducting a workshop to help conference attendees get started with Sulu. In “Develop your app, with a modern Symfony CMS - Sulu”, Oliver discusses why giving an up-and-coming content management system like Sulu a chance makes sense. He’ll explain how Sulu successfully bridges the gap between Symfony applications and CMSs without making concessions in either direction.

After attending Oliver's workshop, you'll walk away with an understanding of:

  • The basics of Sulu.
  • When using Sulu makes sense for your organization.
  • The benefits Sulu holds for experienced Symfony developers.
  • How to integrate Sulu, even in complex Symfony applications.

We believe the content of this workshop will help both Symfony developers new to Sulu, and those who’ve taken their first steps but need more experience, to extend the CMS to fit their business needs. Come see Oliver on Tuesday, December 5th, and gain deeper insights into Sulu and all that it can do.

Don’t forget to grab your ticket, and we hope to see you in person at SymfonyCon Brussels soon!

Signing off,
