Versioning & usage references

Replace a file with confidence. See exactly what it touches before you act. Re-uploading creates a new version; the old one is preserved. Sulu tracks every content item that uses the asset, so editors see the full impact before replacing or deleting. Deleted assets are recoverable from the trash.

Multilingual metadata

Custom format definitions, pluggable image engine (GD / Imagick / VIPS), media properties providers for EXIF and video metadata, full API access. Since Sulu 3.0, the Flysystem v3 upgrade unlocks almost any storage backend: local, S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage, FTP/SFTP, WebDAV, GridFS, Dropbox, OneDrive, and CDN providers. Edge delivery via the Fastly partnership.
