• Customization and control: Pick from three model classes depending on what you need: Flagship for maximum capability, European for GDPR compliance, or Budget for cost-conscious projects. You can modify system prompts and manage how the AI responds through the admin interface.
• Compliance and ethics: EU-based Mistral models handle data privacy and GDPR requirements. Your admin dashboard shows exactly how models are being used and what they cost, so there are no surprises.

The next major feature is already in development: RAG-powered intelligent search! While traditional search matches keywords, our new tool understands what people are asking and generates answers that actually make sense in context.

RAG stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation:

• The system converts your content fields into vectors: numerical representations that capture meaning through the interrelationships of words. This is very different from a search function that just matches words, since it matches meanings, not characters.
• When a user makes a query, the system converts any asked question into the same format. This process enables it to identify the most relevant chunks of content based on how closely the query vector aligns with the content vectors. 
• These relevant chunks are fed to a language model as context to generate an answer based on your real content.

This approach solves a major problem with AI: hallucinations. Because the system only works with content that actually exists on your site, it won’t make things up or provide information from outdated versions of your site.
